Recombinant Human TNFRSF12A Protein Online Inquiry

Cat#:RP-6153H
Product Name:Recombinant Human TNFRSF12A Protein
Synonym: FN14; CD266; TWEAKR; TNF receptor superfamily member 12A; FGF-inducible 14; fibroblast growth factor-inducible immediate-early response protein 14; tweak-receptor; type I transmembrane protein Fn14
Gene Introduction: TNFRSF12A, the full name is TNF receptor superfamily member 12A. Gene ID is 51330. Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 12A also known as the TWEAK receptor (TWEAKR) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNFRSF12A gene.
Description: Recombinant human TNFRSF12A protein expressed in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 53 aa and having a molecular weight of 5.6 KDa. The TNFRSF12A recombinant protein is purified using our unique purification techniques.
Source: E.coli
AA Sequence: EQAPGTAPCS RGSSWSADLD KCMDCASCRA RPHSDFCLGC AAAPPAPFRL LWP.
Purity: Greater than 97.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Bioactivity: The biological activity of human TNFRSF12A was determined by its ability to inhibit TWEAK-induced weak cell death of HT29 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 1.0-5.0ug/ml in the presence of 1ug/ml rhTWEAK.
Formulation: Recombinant human TNFRSF12A protein was lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH7.4.
Stability: Recombinant TNFRSF12A Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TNFRSF12A protein in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Host Species: Human
Storage: Lyophilized TNFRSF12A although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -20°C. Upon reconstitution TNFRSF12A should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
