Placing a Purchase Order
Your Purchase Orders should contain the following information:

By Credit Card
Please provide your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number by Fax or Phone. Also specify the items and size you want to order.
Note: The billing address and phone number entered must match those associated with your credit card.
Shipping & Payments
We deliver products to over 50 countries around the world.
We primarily use FedEx for all worldwide destinations. If you prefer TNT, DHL, UPS, etc., please advise before shipping. Shipping and handling costs are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Most of our proteins are in lyophilized form and shipped at ambient temperature. Antibodies and kits will be shipped using ice pack. To ensure the stability of products, we will choose to ship with room temperature/ice pack or dry ice. You will receive your products within 3-5 business days for international package . Overnight delivery is available only for customers in the U.S. (except for Alaska and Hawaii).
After an order is shipped, you will receive notification from Advanced Biomart. You can track your package on FedEx.com.
