Cat#:PA-1651F;Product Name:Mouse Anti-Human ITGAX Integrin, Alpha X Antibody, FITC-Conjugated;Synonym:CD11C; SLEB6; integrin alpha-X; OTTHUMP00000163299; leu M5, alpha subunit; p150 95 integrin alpha chain; CD11 antigen-like family member C; leukocyte adhesion receptor p150, 95; myeloid membrane antigen, alpha subunit; leukocyte surface antigen p150, 95, alpha subunit; leukocyte adhesion glycoprotein p150, 95 alpha chain; integrin, alpha X (antigen CD11C (p150), alpha polypeptide); Leu M5; CD11c antigen; CD11c;Background:The CD11c antigen is the 150 kDa α-chain of the leucocyte integrin complex p150, 95. The protein belongs to a family of related heterodimeric proteins designated CD11 in the classification system for human leucocyte differentiation antigens. The CD11 family shares a common 95 kDa β-chain (CD18). In addition to the p150, 95 protein, this protein family contains two other members, leucocyte function associated-1 antigen (LFA-1, CD11a) and iC3b receptor (CD11b). On circulating leucocytes CD11c is expressed strongly on monocytes and weakly on neutrophil granulocytes. NK cells, activated B and T cells also express CD11c. CD11c is expressed on hairy cell leukaemia (HCL) cells. The antigen is also expressed on cells from cases of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (B-CLL), B-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia (B-PLL), splenic marginal zone lymphoma, acute myeloblastic leukaemia (AML), acute myelomonocytic leukaemia (AMML) and acute megakaryoblastic leukaemia (AMKL).;Description:Mouse Anti-Human ITGAX Integrin, Alpha X Monoclonal Antibody, FITC-Conjugated;Host Species:Mouse;Species Reactivity:Human;Clone#:KB01;Isotype:IgG1, kappa;Application:FCM;Storage:Store antibody products at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles;Usage:For Lab Research Use Only;
