  • The ED50 of recombinant human IGF1 protein as determined by a cell proliferation assay using FDC-P1 cells is less than 2.0 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 5×105 units/mg.
  • Formulation:
  • The recombinant human IGF1 protein (1mg/ml) was lyophilized was lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM PBS, pH 7.0.
  • Stability:
  • Recombinant human IGF1 Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃
  • Reconstitution:
  • It is recommended to reconstitute the recombinant human IGF-I des(1-3) in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
  • Storage:
  • Lyophilized recombinant human IGF-I des(1-3) protein although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution recombinant human IGF1 des-1-3 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
