Cat#:PA-3546F;Product Name:Mouse Anti-Human Cluster of Differentiation 64 Antibody, APC-Conjugated;Synonym:CD64; CD64 antigen; CD64A; Fc fragment of IgG high affinity Ia receptor; Fc fragment of IgG high affinity Ib receptor; Fc fragment of IgG high affinity Ic receptor; Fc fragment of IgG, high affinity Ia, receptor (CD64); Fc fragment of IgG, high affinity Ia, receptor; Fc fragment of IgG, high affinity Ib, receptor (CD64); Fc fragment of IgG, high affinity Ib, receptor; Fc fragment of IgG, high affinity Ic, receptor (CD64) ; Fc fragment of IgG, high affinity Ic, receptor; Fc gamma receptor; Fc gamma receptor I A1; Fc gamma receptor I; Fc gamma receptor I B2; Fc gamma RI; Fc of IgG high affinity Ia receptor; Fc-gamma RIC; FCG1; FcgammaRI; FCGR1; FCGR1A; FCGR1B; FCGR1C; FcRI; FCRIC; FLJ18345; High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I; High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor IB; IGFR1; IGFRB; IGFRC; IgG Fc receptor I; IgG Fc receptor IC; Immunoglobulin G Fc receptor I; Immunoglobulin G Fc receptor IB; Immunoglobulin G Fc receptor IC; MGC137713;Background:CD64 is the high-affinity IgG Fc receptor belonging to the immunoglobulin supergene family. CD64 is a 72 kDa glycoprotein which binds monomeric IgG (human IgG1>IgG3>>IgG4>>>IgG2 and mouse IgG3>IgG2a>>>IgG1, IgG2b). Three genes: FcγR1A, FcγR1B, and FcγR1C, which have >98 percent identity at the nucleotide level, have been identified and mapped to chromosome 1, band q21.1. The FcγR1A gene, which specifies the high-affinity IgG receptor, encodes three C2-type Ig-like extracellular domains, a 21 amino acid transmembrane region, and a charged cytoplasmic tail of 61 amino acids. CD64 is constitutively expressed on monocytes, macrophages and blood dendritic cells, and at very low levels on neutrophils. It can be induced to higher expression on neutrophils and eosinophils by interferon (IFN) γ and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). CD64 is expressed in acute myeloid leukaemia with monocytic differentiation (M4 and M5) and in acute promyelocytic leukaemia (M3). CD64 mediates endocytosis, phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cellular toxicity, cytokine release, and superoxide generation.;Description:Mouse Anti-Human Cluster of Differentiation 64 Monoclonal Antibody, APC-Conjugated;Host Species:Mouse;Species Reactivity:Human;Clone#:21;Isotype:IgG1, kappa.;Application:FCM;Storage:Store antibody products at 2-8°C.
