Mouse Anti-Human B Cell Antibody, FITC-Conjugated Online Inquiry

Cat#:PA-3912F
Product Name:Mouse Anti-Human B Cell Antibody, FITC-Conjugated
Synonym: IGI; B cell; IGVPB; Immunoglobulin iota chain; VPREB; VpreB protein
Gene Introduction: The 105 kDa GMC8 antigen is present on a subpopulation of functionally mature B cells. The antigen is an integral membrane protein and is able to interact with the cytoskeleton. It is present in similar quantities in normal (resting) B cells and in rapidly dividing cell lines. Studies have shown that GMC8 antigen may be a conformational epitope of CD20. The GMC8 antigen is present on B cells in normal peripheral blood with an expression pattern similar to, but not identical to, that seen for CD22. Anti-B Cell, GMC8, reacts with a subset of B cells that also expresses surface membrane immunoglobulin (SmIg). The antibody does not stain B cells without SmIg, T cells and monocytes.
