Recombinant Mouse CLEC7A / Dectin-1 / CLECSF12 Protein (His Tag) Online Inquiry

Cat#:RP-1195M
Product Name:Recombinant Mouse CLEC7A / Dectin-1 / CLECSF12 Protein (His Tag)
Synonym: BGR, beta-GR, Clecsf12
Gene Introduction: Gene ID: 56644. Clec7a, full name is C-type lectin domain family 7, member a, also known as BGR, beta-GR, Clecsf12. C-type lectin domain family 7 member A or Dectin-1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CLEC7A gene.CLEC7A is a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily. Dectin-1 is a transmembrane protein containing an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation (ITAM)-like motif in its intracellular tail (which is involved in cellular activation) and one C-type lectin-like domain (carbohydrate-recognition domain, CRD) in the extracellular region (which recognizes β-glucans and endogenous ligands on T cells).CLEC7A has been shown to recognize species of several fungal genera, including Saccharomyces, Candida, Pneumocystis, Coccidioides, Penicillium and others.
Description: A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse CLEC7A expressed in Human Cells was fused with a His tag at the N-terminus.The mouse CLEC7A recombinant protein was purified using our unique purification techniques.
Source: Human Cells
Predicted N Terminal: His
AA Sequence: Phe 69-Leu 244
Molecular Characterization: The secreted recombinant mouse CLEC7A protein has a calculated molecular weight of 22.5 kDa which consists of 193aa. Because of glycosylation, the apparent molecular weight of the recombinant mouse CLEC7A protein is approximately 30-37 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Purity: Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per ug of the mouse Dectin-1 protein as determined by the LAL method
Bioactivity: Please contact us for detailed information
Formulation: Recombinant mouse CLEC7A protein was lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
Stability: Recombinant mouse CLEC7A protein is stable for 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃
Usage: For Research Use Only!
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store the CLEC7A mouse protein under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -70℃. It is recommended that the CLEC7A protein be aliquoted for optimal storage.
