Purity: | Greater than 97.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE. |
Bioactivity: | The ED50 as determined by its ability to induce alkaline phosphatase production by murine MC3T3-E1 cells is 5-20 µg/ml. |
Formulation: | Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH7.4, 1mM DTT and 0.05% Tween-80. |
Stability: | Recombinant Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃ |
Reconstitution: | It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized DHH (C23II) in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. |
Storage: | Lyophilized DHH (C23II) although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution DHH (C23II) should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. |
