Cat#: | RP-4387H |
Product Name: | Recombinant Human M CSF Protein, HEK |
Synonym: | Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor, CSF-1, Lanimostim, MCSF, MGC31930, M-CSF. |
Description: | M-CSF Protein produced in HEK cells is a glycosylated homodimer, having a molecular weight range of 35-40kDa due to glycosylation. The M-CSF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
Source: | HEK. |
Purity: | Greater than 95% as obsereved by SDS-PAGE. |
Bioactivity: | The specific activity was determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of murine M-NFS-60 cells (Mouse Myeloid Leukemia indicator cell line) and is 1.13ng/ml. |
Formulation: | The M-CSF was lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered solution containing 0.67mg/ml in 1xPBS. |
Stability: | Recombinant Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃ |
Reconstitution: | It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized M-CSF in sterile 1xPBS containing 0.1% endotoxin-free recombinant HSA. |
Storage: | Lyophilized M-CSF although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution M-CSF should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. |
