Purity: Greater than 98% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Bioactivity: The biological activity of recombinant human IL2 protein is determined by the dose dependent proliferation of mouse CTLL–2 cells. Optimal concentration for individual application should be determined by a dose response assay. ED50 range = 0.08–0.5ng/ml
Formulation: The human IL2 protein was lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered solution in 20mM sodium phosphate buffer pH 7.0 in absence of any carrier protein.
Stability: Recombinant human IL2 Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin-2 in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage: Lyophilized recombinant human Interleukin-2 / IL2 protein although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution recombinant Interleukin-2 / IL2 protein should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
