Recombinant Human Acrp30 Protein(Trimeric Form) Online Inquiry

Cat#:RP-1889H
Product Name:Recombinant Human Acrp30 Protein(Trimeric Form)
Synonym: Acrp30, AdipoQ, Adiponectin, 30 kDa adipocyte complement-related protein, Adipocyte complement-related 30 kDa protein, apM-1, Gelatin-binding protein
Gene Introduction: Adiponectin (also referred to as GBP-28, apM1, AdipoQ and Acrp30) is a protein hormone which is involved in regulating glucose levels as well as fatty acid breakdown. In humans it is encoded by the ADIPOQ gene and it is produced in adipose tissue. Adiponectin is a protein hormone that modulates a number of metabolic processes, including glucose regulation and fatty acid oxidation.
Description: Recombinnt human adiponectin trimeric form was expressed in HEK293 cells. The cysteine 39 was replaced with Alanine (C39A) 9. hAd-C39A can only form a trimer, but not a hexamer or an HMW form.

Purity: Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Bioactivity: ED50= 3-8.5 μg/ml, as determined by its ability to inhibit proliferation of HASMCs induced by HB EGF.
Formulation: Filtered (0.4µm) and lyophilized from 0.5mg/ml in 0.05M phosphate buffer, 0.075M NaCl, pH 7.4.
Stability: Recombinant Human Adiponectin Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃
Reconstitution: Add deionized water to a working volume of 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Acrp30 protein product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Host Species: Human
Storage: Store lyophilized recombinant huamn adiponectin orotein at -20°C. Aliquot the human Acrp30 protein product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted recombinant human Acrp30 protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C.
