Recombinant Rous Sarcoma Virus SRC Protein(GST Tag) Online Inquiry

Cat#:SRC-003RPH
Product Name:Recombinant Rous Sarcoma Virus SRC Protein(GST Tag)
Synonym: SRC; ASV; SRC1; c-SRC; p60-Src
Gene Introduction: Gene ID: 6714.Full name is Homo sapiens SRC proto-oncogene, non-receptor tyrosine kinase (SRC), transcript variant 1. SRC family belongs to non-receptor tyrosine kinases. SRC was originally identified as a transforming protein of the Rous sarcoma virus (RSV) that had enzymatic ability to phosphorylate tyrosine in protein substrates.Src is a member of the tyrosine kinase family that was originally identified as the oncogene of Rous sarcoma virus. The Src family of tyrosine kinase is involved in a variety of receptor-induced signal transduction pathways. Mutations in this gene could be involved in the malignant progression of colon cancer. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
