Cat#:EIA-450C;Product Name:Human MDC ELISA Kit;Size:96T;Sample:human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids;Intended use:RUO;Synonym:CCL22; chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 22; MDC; ABCD-1; SCYA22; STCP-1; DC/B-CK; A-152E5.1; small inducible cytokine subfamily A (Cys-Cys), member 22; MGC34554; C-C motif chemokine 22; CC chemokine STCP-1; MDC(1-69); Macrophage-derived chemokine; Small-inducible cytokine A22; Stimulated T-cell chemotactic protein 1; MDC(3-69); MDC(5-69); MDC(7-69); OTTHUMP00000164658; macrophage-derived chemokine; small inducible cytokine A22; stimulated T cell chemotactic protein 1;Background:The MDC gene is one of several Cys-Cys (CC) cytokine genes which are clustered on the q arm of chromosome 16. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. The cytokine encoded by MDC displays chemotactic activity for natural killer cells, chronically activated T lymphocytes, monocytes and dendritic cells. It has no chemoattractant activity for eosinophils, neutrophils and resting T lymphocytes and also displays a mild activity for primary activated T lymphocytes. The product of this gene binds to chemokine receptor CCR4. This chemokine may play a role in the trafficking of activated T lymphocytes to inflammatory sites and other aspects of activated T lymphocyte physiology.;Species Reactivity:Human;Application:quantitative;Storage:Unopened Kit: Store at 2 - 8°C. Do not use past kit expiration date. Opened/Reconstituted Reagents: TMB Solution A; TMB Solution B; TMB Stop Solution; Wash Buffer; HRP-conjugate antibody The above mentioned reagents should be stored for up to 1 month at 2 - 8°C. Microplate Wells: Return unused wells to the foil pouch containing the desiccant pack, reseal along entire edge of zip-seal. May be stored for up to 1 month at 2 - 8°C.;Usage:For Lab Research Use Only;Detection Principle:Sandwish ELISA;
