Cat#: | RP-5108H |
Product Name: | Recombinant Human PLGF2 Protein, CHO |
Synonym: | PIGF, PGF, PlGF-2, PLGF-2. |
Description: | PLGF2 Protein (19-170 a.a.) produced in CHO is a disulfide-linked homodimeric, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 152 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 33kDa. The PLGF-2 Protein protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
Source: | Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). |

Purity: | Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Bioactivity: | The ED50, as measured in a cell proliferation assay using MDA?MB?231 cells is less than 10µg/ml. |
Formulation: | PLGF-2 protein was lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered solution in HCl. |
Stability: | Recombinant Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃ |
Reconstitution: | It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized PLGF2 at 200µg/ml in PBS, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. |
Storage: | Lyophilized PLGF-2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution PLGF2 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. |
