  • Description:
  • Recombinant mouse CCL17 / TARC protein expressed in E.coli is a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 70 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 7.9kDa. The recombinant mouse TARC protein is purified using our unique chromatographic techniques.
  • Source:
  • E.coli
  • AA Sequence:
  • ARATNVGREC CLDYFKGAIP IRKLVSWYKT SVECSRDAIV FLTVQGKLIC ADPKDKHVKK AIRLVKNPRP.
  • Purity:
  • Greater than 97.0% as determined by (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
  • Bioactivity:
  • The ED50 of recombinant mouse CCL17 protein as determined by its ability to chemoattract BaF3 mouse pro-B cells transfected with human CCR4 is typically 2-10 ng/ml.
  • Formulation:
  • The recombinant mouse CCL17 protein was lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 1×PBS, pH7.4.
  • Stability:
  • Recombinant mouse CCL17 Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃
  • Reconstitution:
  • It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized mouse TARC protein in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
  • Storage:
  • Lyophilized recombinant mouse CCL17 / TARC protein although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -20C. Upon reconstitution recombinant mouse CCL17 protein should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -20C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
