Description: Recombinant human ALK-3 / BMPR1A Protein expressed in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 371 amino acids (24-152a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 41.4kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa). Recombinant human BMPR1A protein is fused with a 242 amino acids hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus. The recombinant human ALK-3 protein was purified by our unique chromatographic techniques.

Stability: Recombinant recombinant human ALK-3 Proteins are stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -70℃
Storage: Store recombinant human ALK-3 protein at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen recombinant human BMPR1A protein at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
